E-RESIDENCY APPLICATION

E-Residency enables digital entrepreneurs to start and manage an EU-based company online.

Estonia is the first country to offer e-Residency, a government-issued digital identity and status that provides access to Estonia’s transparent digital business environment. E-Residency allows digital entrepreneurs to manage their business from anywhere, entirely online. With the e-Residency card, you are able to digitally sign documents, sign agreements, and log into Estonian websites such as the website of the Tax and Customs Board. Some payment service providers even accept e-Residency and an account can be opened remotely.

We assist our clients with applying for the e-Residency card, which is issued personally. After the customer has received the card, we can assist in setting up an Estonian company remotely on behalf of the customer.

Please send us your enquiry for further information.

VISA INVITATION

Although Estonia has entered into a visa waiver agreement with several countries, some people from certain countries still need a visa and a visa invitation.

We offer our clients a visa invitation, which is sent to the embassy where the client applies for a visa. The visa invitation is for one-time entry to apply for a bank account, visit an institution, or set up a business.

If you are interested in establishing a business in Estonia and need a visa invitation, please send your enquiry.

LONG-TERM VISA (D-VISA)

A long-stay visa may be issued for single or multiple entries into Estonia. A D-visa may be issued for a period of stay of up to 365 days within twelve consecutive months, allowing to stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days.

Send us an enquiry if you are interested in obtaining the visa. We will assist you with the application.

RESIDENCE PERMITS

Residence permits can be temporary or long-term. Upon the issue of a residence permit, a residence card is issued.

Temporary residence permit

A temporary residence permit can be applied by a person who is not a citizen of the European Union. Such applicants are, however, subject to the immigration quota of Estonia, which shall not exceed 0.1% of Estonia’s permanent population in one year. A person is not subject to the immigration quota if they are a citizen of the United States of America or Japan or in a few additional cases based on the person’s field of activity.

We assist our clients in obtaining a residence permit either for employment or for business.

 Long-term residence permit

A long-term residence permit can be applied in various cases, such as when the person has resided in Estonia permanently for five years, the person holds a temporary residence permit, the person has a permanent legal income in Estonia, etc.

Send us an enquiry if you are interested in obtaining the residence permit. We will assist you with the application.

RIGHT OF RESIDENCE

A citizen of the European Union, a member state of the European Union Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation has the right to stay in Estonia on the basis of a valid travel document or an identity card for a period of up to three months without registration of the right of residence.

The right of temporary residence is granted for a period of five years. The right of temporary residence is extended automatically for a period of five years if your registered place of residence is continually in Estonia.

Right of residence is useful if you are interested in staying longer than for 3 months, buying real estate, or moving to Estonia. We help our clients apply for the right of residence.

Send us an enquiry if you are interested in obtaining the residence permit. We will assist you with the application.

SHORT-TERM EMPLOYMENT REGISTRATION

Short-time employment can be registered for up to 365 days during a 455-day period. Short-term employment can be registered for a longer period in some cases, depending on the field of activity of the employee.

Short-term employment registration is useful if the client wants to continue applying for a residence permit.

Send us an enquiry if you are interested. We will assist you with the application.

START-UP VISA APPLICATION

The Start-up Visa helps non-EU founders grow their start-up in Estonia, one of the world’s best places to start and run a company. It also makes it easy for Estonian start-ups to hire non-EU talent. If your product packs innovation and has the potential to scale, the Estonian Start-up Visa may be just the ticket.
